Service Overview

WarpDriven Global Shopping Agent service helps you source products from international supply-chain platforms (eg. 1688.com and other eCommerce sites) and ship them directly to you—by air or sea. You select the shipping routes and modes that best suit your needs, and we handle everything else.

How It Works

  1. Place Your Order on warpdriven.ai—select products and shipping options.
  2. Payment & Confirmation—pay product, shipping and service fees in one transaction.
  3. Order Processing—we purchase on your behalf and consolidate domestically.
  4. International Dispatch—your consolidated package departs via your chosen route.
  5. Delivery & After-Sales—track your shipment; if issues arise we assist with claims or returns.

Key Notices

Before placing an order, please read and accept the following terms:

  1. Orders Exclusively via WarpDriven
    • All product costs, domestic and cross-border shipping charges, service fees, GST, etc must be placed and paid through our website at shop.warpdriven.ai or console.warpdriven.ai.
    • If you purchase directly on the supplier’s platform, we cannot act as your agent for that transaction.
  2. Product Quality & Liability
    • WarpDriven is solely your shopping agent; we do not own, manufacture or sell the products.
    • We are not responsible for product defects or misrepresentation.
    • Should quality issues arise, we will assist in negotiating with the seller or platform, but additional service fees may apply.
  3. Order Cancellation & Refunds
    • Before international dispatch (ie. after payment but before shipment begins): full refund upon cancellation.
    • After domestic delivery but prior to cross-border shipment: you may cancel, but domestic shipping fees will be deducted.
    • Once cross-border shipping has commenced: orders cannot be cancelled.
  4. Prohibited Items & Compliance
    • Please refer to our Prohibited Items Management Rules.
    • Comply with courier requirements and the laws of the exporting country like State Prohibited Items.
    • WarpDriven accepts no liability for seizure, fines or destruction of prohibited or restricted goods by couriers or government authorities. Any related costs are non-refundable.
  5. International Shipping Fee Adjustment
    • Pre-charged Estimate: We estimate international shipping fees based on weight and dimensions supplied by the seller or platform. These estimates may differ from the actual package.
    • Actual Measurement: Once your goods arrive at our consolidation centre, the courier will re-measure weight and dimensions and calculate the true international shipping fee.
    • Difference Handling:
      1. If actual shipping fee is less than the pre-charged amount, we will credit the difference to your WarpDriven account wallet.
      2. If actual shipping fee is more, your order status will switch to “Pending Shipping Fee Top-Up”. You must pay the shortfall before we can proceed. Track your order at Logistics Orders or follow the instructions in our email notification.
      3. If you do not pay the shortfall within 20 days, we will cancel the order. Where possible we’ll return the goods to the seller, deduct any service and logistics costs, and refund the product cost to your WarpDriven account wallet.

  • Air Freight
    • Quicker transit (typically 3–15 business days)
    • Higher cost per kilogram
  • Sea Freight
    • Cost-effective for larger volumes (typically 20–40 days)
    • Lower cost but longer transit time
  • Custom Routes
    • Hybrid air, sea and land options to balance cost and speed
    • Tailored to your requirements

You can select or adjust your preferred route at the time of ordering. Our system will display current pricing and estimated delivery times.

Quality Dispute & After-Sales Support

  1. Inspection on Arrival
    • Inspect your goods immediately on receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any visible damage or discrepancy.
  2. Dispute Assistance
    • We’ll coordinate with the seller or platform on your behalf.
    • Note that some platforms have their own arbitration timelines and procedures; extra service fees may apply for extended support.
