Quant-Commerce · for apparel and FMCG businesses that want less dead stock and more winning products

Run apparel and FMCG the quantitative way

Most ranges are still picked on instinct, ordered in the thousands at the start of the season and left in the warehouse when they miss. Quant-Commerce works differently: read the trend from data, test in small batches, reorder what sells and stop what doesn't. WarpDriven is the AI operating system built for this way of working. Six AI agents do the execution; decisions like reorders and production runs stay with you.

Sound familiar?

The product is good. The cash is stuck in the warehouse.

Ranges picked on instinct

Buyers and designers guess what will sell next season. A good guess becomes a bestseller; a bad one ends up on clearance.

The Quant-Commerce wayBreak trends into factors such as colour, silhouette, fabric and detail, and score each one against competitor launches, rankings and search data.

Big orders, heavy overstock

To get the factory's minimum-order price, you commit to thousands of units at the start of the season, and the slow styles tie up your cash.

The Quant-Commerce wayTest small first, then reorder or stop based on real sales, so each test caps how much inventory risk you take on.

Design, production and sales in different time zones

Design sits in one country, the factory in another, the customer in a third. Every round of back-and-forth costs weeks.

The Quant-Commerce wayAI agents handle content, listings, orders and stock sync around the clock, shortening the path from design to shelf.

One market, all the eggs in one basket

Selling only at home caps growth at one market's spending power, and when that market cools the whole business feels it.

The Quant-Commerce wayWatch several markets in one system and put each product where demand is strongest.

Four shifts

From experience, instinct and luck to factors, algorithms and discipline

A quant fund doesn't trade on one person's hunch. It finds signals in data, controls risk with rules, executes by program and spreads its positions across markets. Running an apparel or FMCG business can follow the same four habits.

FAQ

About Quant-Commerce

What does Quant-Commerce mean?

Quant-Commerce, or quantitative commerce, applies the methods of quantitative investing to physical commerce: data factors decide which products to make and how to price them, small-batch testing limits inventory risk, AI agents run operations across markets, and design, manufacturing and demand are allocated globally. WarpDriven is the Quant-Commerce AI operating system built for apparel and FMCG businesses.

Is Quant-Commerce related to quant trading or financial investment?

No. Quant-Commerce only borrows the methods of quantitative investing to help businesses decide what to make, how much to make and where to sell it. It involves no securities trading or investment, and WarpDriven sells no financial products.

Which businesses is Quant-Commerce for?

Apparel, home, beauty, food and other fast-moving consumer goods businesses, especially factories and brands with many styles, short product life cycles and high inventory risk. Whether you are building a brand at home or selling overseas, you can start with one product in one market.

How many units are in a test batch?

There is no fixed number. Minimum batch size depends on the factory, the category and the process, and we set it with each partner factory after testing. We don't publish a single unit count.

Do we need a lot of historical data to start?

No. The Nexus agent works from public market data such as competitor launches and prices, rankings and search trends. Your own sales data builds up as we work together, and the decisions get sharper over time.

How is this different from ordinary e-commerce software?

Ordinary e-commerce software covers one step, such as the website, listings or ads. Quant-Commerce puts the whole chain, from market data and style testing to marketing, reorders, stopping production and stock allocation, into one system and one set of company data, run by six AI agents working together. The key decisions stay with your business.
