For brands and factories with product to sell and a distribution network to grow

One stock of goods,
sold into every channel

The shops keep multiplying, and so do the distributors and creators, yet stock, prices, orders and revenue shares are still reconciled by spreadsheet and group chat. The WarpDriven omnichannel distribution management system joins your supply chain and every sales channel into one network: publish products to every shop in one click, keep stock in sync in real time, route orders to the warehouse automatically, and see every revenue share clearly.

Does any of this look familiar?

The more channels you add,
the messier the back office

Once distribution grows, what holds growth back is rarely the goods. It is goods, money and orders failing to line up across channels.

One new product, listed by hand in a dozen shops

Images, copy, prices and stock are maintained shop by shop, so new products go live slowly and the details often disagree.

What we doPick products at the supply-chain end and publish them to many shops in one click, with AI helping to generate images and copy.

Oversold in one place, overstocked in another

Each channel counts stock on its own: best sellers are oversold and cancelled, while slow movers pile up in the warehouse unnoticed.

What we doAll channels share one live stock, backed by clearance strategies and dynamic pricing.

Orders arrive from every platform and the warehouse merges them by hand

Every day: export, merge, split, assign warehouses, then copy tracking numbers back to each platform one by one. Slow, and easy to get wrong.

What we doChannel orders sync to the supply-chain end automatically, are reviewed, merged and split automatically, and are assigned to the best warehouse, with shipping information sent back automatically.

Distributor and creator revenue shares turn month-end reconciliation into a headache

Different price tiers and settlement methods make the numbers hard to pin down, partners lose confidence, and the network cannot scale.

What we doMulti-tier pricing and multi-role settlement, with every revenue share and statement clear and traceable, plus online settlement and withdrawal.

The whole picture

Every online and offline channel,
on one system

Standalone stores and platform shops, influencers and private communities, your own stores, retailers, first- and second-tier wholesalers and distributors all read the same products, the same stock and the same pricing. Orders and logistics flow back to the supply chain automatically, and revenue shares are settled in the settlement center.

Six capabilities

From listing to revenue share,
one system holds it together

Built into the WarpDriven e-commerce ERP and supply-chain ERP, for M2B / D2C brands, companies with their own supply chain, e-commerce channel partners, creator marketing networks, and cross-border B2B / B2C.

01 · Omnichannel connection

Connect every channel you use

Connects to standalone stores, Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, 1688 and more, and can also link your own B2B / B2C website or retail stores for own-brand distribution. Products, stock, prices, orders and logistics stay in sync across all endpoints.

02 · Smart listing and stock sync

List in one click, stop overselling

Pick products at the supply-chain end and publish them to many shops in one click; stock syncs in real time to reduce overselling, stock-outs and cancelled orders; AI helps generate product images and copy.

03 · Multi-tier pricing and promotions

A price list for every partner

Targeted multi-tier pricing and multiple currencies for B2B customers; set exclusive prices, volume prices and holiday promotions for different distributors; clearance strategies and dynamic pricing are supported.

04 · Order flow and smart logistics

Orders find their own way to the warehouse

Channel orders sync to the supply-chain end automatically, are reviewed, merged and split automatically, and are assigned to the best warehouse; pick and ship by scanning, and shipping information is sent back to the channel shops automatically.

05 · Multi-role settlement

Every revenue share, fully accounted for

Several settlement models for channel partners, distributors and creators (prepaid ordering or credit shipping); revenue shares and settlement statements are shown clearly, with online settlement, automatic withdrawal and multi-currency accounting.

06 · Supply-chain visibility

The whole picture from one back office

See sales data for every customer and channel in real time from the master back office; manage onboarded brands and suppliers, with operations monitoring and risk control; sales reports are generated automatically to support decisions.

One step further

Connect AI agents
and let the shops run themselves

With WarpDriven's AI agents connected, the whole product lifecycle from selection and listing to repricing and delisting can be automated: the system senses market changes, competitor moves and user behavior, and selects products, adjusts prices, and lists and delists automatically, so channel shops move step by step toward running with few people, or none.

AI suggestions on product selection, pricing, listing and delisting, with the key rules set by you.

A fragmented distribution chain,
joined into one network

Challenge
  • A fragmented distribution chain, slow stock turnover and inefficient creator collaboration
  • Production out of step with market demand, slow design response and unsold stock
  • Multiple variants (colors, sizes) not matching between production and the warehouse
Approach
  • Built a global network spanning several e-commerce platforms, distributors and supply-chain platforms, with product, stock and logistics data synced in real time
  • Used the BOM to manage multi-variant product configurations, keeping colors and sizes consistent between production and the warehouse
  • Creators connect straight to the supply chain through the e-commerce ERP, new products sync automatically to distribution and traffic platforms, AI recommends products by follower profile, and commissions are transparent with real-time withdrawal
  • Global orders are assigned automatically to Italian warehouses with tracking events pushed back in real time; RFID tracks stock end to end
  • Predictive maintenance (CMMS) reduces equipment downtime

Results from this case will be published once their sources have been verified.

Before we work together, you may want to ask

The key questions, answered up front

Which sales channels can it connect to?

It can connect to mainstream platforms such as standalone stores, Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay and 1688, and to your own B2B / B2C website or retail stores. The exact platforms, number of shops and API permissions are confirmed one by one in the proposal.

We already have an ERP. Can we still use it?

The distribution system is built into the WarpDriven e-commerce ERP and supply-chain ERP. If you already run another ERP, we first assess how and how far the data can be connected; if you need something tailored to your own business, see WarpDriven Forge.

How do we set up settlement for distributors and creators?

You can set different price structures and settlement models by role, for example prepaid ordering or credit shipping; every revenue share and settlement statement can be checked, with online settlement, automatic withdrawal and multi-currency accounting. The specific rules are yours to set.

How fast is stock sync, and can it prevent overselling?

All channels read the same live stock and deduct it as soon as an order is placed, which reduces overselling, stock-outs and cancelled orders. Sync frequency differs between platform APIs, and we test each platform one by one before go-live.

Will AI-run operations change prices or list products without control?

You set the rules and boundaries for product selection, pricing, listing and delisting; the AI acts within those rules, and the results flow back to the back office where you can check them. Which actions need human confirmation is also agreed in the proposal.

How long does go-live take, and how is it priced?

It depends on the number of channels, the complexity of warehouses and settlement rules, and whether customization is needed. We start with a demo and a requirements session, then give a phased proposal and quote, and the decision is yours.
