Barcode Commands
In the system, specific operations can be triggered by scanning barcodes. This makes warehouse management more efficient and accurate, reduces the possibility of manual input errors, and speeds up processes such as receiving, picking, packing and shipping. The following describes how to view the system's barcode commands
- Go to the menu
- Click the link marked in the figure

- After opening the link, you can see the barcode commands supported by the system

- After printing these barcode commands, stick them to the workbench. When warehouse staff need to perform the corresponding operations, they can use the scanning device to scan the corresponding barcode command
Product Barcodes
Product barcodes are unique codes used to identify and manage products. They play a crucial role in inventory management and logistics operations. By assigning a unique barcode to each product, businesses can achieve efficient product tracking, inventory control and streamline various warehouse operational processes
Setting Product Barcodes
Go to the product variant details page and set the variant's barcode in the marked area in the figure
Printing Product Barcodes
- In the product list page, select the product variants that need barcode printing, then click the button marked in the figure

- Set printing parameters

- Set the number of barcode prints for each variant at position 1. For example, if 2 barcodes are required for each variant, enter 2 here
- Select the barcode style at position 2
- If the selected style includes price information, you can select the price list to use at position 3
- After completing the information, click position 4 to confirm
- After clicking confirm, the system will generate a PDF file containing the barcode information. Open the file to confirm the barcode information. You can see that 2 barcodes have been generated for each product variant, and the barcodes contain price information
