Warehouse Management

A warehouse is a logical unit of inventory management that represents an actual physical warehouse or storage center (located at different addresses). The system supports managing multiple warehouses.

Create a Warehouse Address

1. Go to the menu
2. Click on the company, enter the details page, and then click on the contacts associated with the company

4. After entering the contact page, click the Add button to add an address record
5. 1. 
6. Fill in the warehouse address information in the pop-up window
7. 1. 
8. After confirming that everything is correct, click the save button at the top of the view

Create a Warehouse

1. Go to the menu
2. Click the New button to create a new warehouse
3. Fill in the new warehouse information in the marked areas
4. 1. 
   2. 1. Enter the warehouse name at position 1
      2. Enter the warehouse code at position 2
      3. Enter the name of the previously created address record at position 3
      4. Select the address record at position 4
      5. Click position 5 to save the warehouse information
5. After saving, the system will automatically create the main location of the warehouse and the warehouse operation types
6. 1. 
   2. 1.  1 represents the main location of the warehouse
      2.  2 represents the outbound operation type of the warehouse
