For manufacturers and traders whose business off-the-shelf software can't fit

Forge an ERP
around how you work

Standard software makes you bend your processes to fit it, and spreadsheets and manual work fill the gaps. WarpDriven Forge builds a custom sales ERP and production ERP for you on Odoo 19, a mature open-source foundation: from customers, orders, inventory, purchasing and finance to scheduling, work orders and outsourcing. It follows the way you actually operate, and AI agents plug straight into the system.

Sound familiar?

Your business isn't too unusual.
The software is too standard.

Software forces you to change your processes

Standard software has fixed fields and workflows, so special quoting, production methods, outsourcing and revenue-share rules end up in a separate spreadsheet.

How we do itWe map your real processes first, then configure and build them into the system, so people don't have to adapt to the software.

Data lives in silos

The online store, warehouse, shop floor and finance each use their own tool. Inventory doesn't match, and month-end reconciliation depends on people.

How we do itSales and production share one system, so orders, inventory, work orders and invoices are the same data.

Too many variants, a messy BOM

Hundreds or thousands of colors, sizes and specifications, and the bills of materials, outsourced operations and inventory rarely line up.

How we do itMulti-variant products, BOMs, work orders and outsourcing splits are managed together in the production ERP.

You want AI, but it can't plug in

The AI tools sit outside your system. Data goes back and forth by export and import, and results never make it back into the business.

How we do itSales, inventory, purchasing, finance and production all have open APIs, so AI agents work directly inside the system.

BUILT AROUND HOW YOU WORK

Two ERPs, one dataset

The sales ERP runs the front of the business.
The production ERP runs the shop floor and supply.

Both are built on Odoo 19 Community Edition. We select modules, change processes and add features to suit your business, and the two ERPs share data directly.

Sales ERP

Customers, quotes and orders

CRM leads and opportunities, quotations, sales orders, contracts and project timesheets, followed through on one line.

Sales ERP

Brand website and online store

B2C and B2B ordering, live chat, behavior analytics and personalized recommendations, and Stripe payments, with the website and inventory in sync in real time.

Sales ERP

Retail stores and members

POS checkout, member points and discounts, with the same products and inventory online and in store.

Sales ERP

Inventory, purchasing and dropshipping

Multi-warehouse stock, receipts and deliveries, replenishment purchasing and dropshipping, with orders from channels such as Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce and eBay.

Sales ERP

Invoicing, accounting and revenue share

Invoicing, payment collection and reconciliation. Australian tax invoices carry ABN and BSB payment details, partner revenue share is settled automatically each month, and multiple currencies are converted at the ERP exchange rate.

Production ERP

BOM, manufacturing and work orders

Multi-variant bills of materials, manufacturing orders and a shop-floor work-order board, with production plans generated from orders and inventory.

Custom built to order, priced separately

Production ERP

Outsourcing and supply coordination

Outsourced operation splits, subcontractor shipping and receiving, and purchasing linked to inventory, so a sales order shows available stock and quantities in production.

Custom built to order, priced separately

Production ERP

Industry presets

Apparel materials, processes and sample data ready out of the box, then adjusted to your factory.

AI and APIs

Let the agents do the work

Sales, inventory, purchasing, finance, CRM and production all have open APIs. Genesis generates product content, Autopilot syncs orders and Nexus feeds market data back, with results written to the ERP.

Need quality inspection and equipment monitoring on the factory floor too? Factory AI brings visual inspection, equipment health monitoring and RFID warehousing into the picture, and connects to your production ERP. Explore Factory AI →

ONE SYSTEM · ONE TRUTH

How a custom build works

Map first, quote next,
start only when you approve

The risk in customization is scope creep. So we spell out the processes and write the plan down first, and only start work after you confirm. We build the most critical modules first and extend as needed.

01

FreeRequirements session

Walk through your real processes with your business lead: how you quote, take orders, prepare materials, outsource and invoice, and find where you are stuck today.

02

Your callProposal and quote

We write down the modules to deploy, the processes to customize, the scope of data migration, the phased plan and the cost. Work starts only after you confirm, and nothing is charged before then.

03

Configuration and developmentBuild the system around your processes

We start with what standard Odoo modules can do, then develop the rules unique to you: special pricing, routings, outsourcing rules, revenue-share settlement and more.

04

Migration and trainingBring your old data across

We migrate foundation data such as products, customers, suppliers and inventory, train each role, and trial-run the key processes.

05

Go-live and supportRun real business

After go-live we run real orders together and adjust quickly. When needed, we connect AI agents and other channels.

06

Continuous iterationWhen the business changes, the system follows

When a new channel, factory or rule appears, you keep extending the same system instead of switching to yet another piece of software.

Start with step 1: a free requirements sessionBring the one or two processes that hurt most, and within 30 minutes we'll tell you how Forge can handle them and which part to build first.

In production

Italian fast-fashion wholesale:
distribution, warehouse and factory on one dataset

Multi-variant apparel, several e-commerce platforms and distributors, and a local Italian warehouse used to run separately.

Multi-platform distribution

Products, inventory and orders sync across several e-commerce platforms and distributors, and new products are listed to distribution channels automatically.

Variants managed in one place

Colors, sizes and other variants are maintained through the BOM, so production and the warehouse no longer keep separate records.

Warehouse and logistics

Orders are allocated automatically to the Italian warehouse for shipping, and tracking is written back to the order.

Common concerns

Before you decide

Will customization be slow and expensive?

We start with a free requirements session, then give you a phased proposal and quote, and begin work only after you confirm. We build the modules that matter most to the business first and add the rest as needed, with scope and cost written out at every step.

Can the system still change when my business changes?

Yes. Forge extends the standard Odoo 19 modules, so a new channel, factory or rule can be developed on the same system without switching to another one.

Can my existing data be brought over?

Yes. We can migrate foundation data such as products, customers, suppliers and inventory, and the exact scope is confirmed item by item in the proposal.

Does it connect to platforms like Amazon and Shopify?

Yes. The sales ERP can connect products, inventory and orders from channels such as Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce and eBay, and integrates with logistics providers.

How is the production ERP priced, and how does it relate to the AI Business Partner?

The production ERP is custom built to order and billed separately. The sales ERP is included in the AI Business Partner engagement, and Forge can also be purchased on its own. The proposal and contract set the final terms.

Is our data secure?

Each company's data is used only within that company. Without an assigned account and permissions, no one, including WarpDriven staff, can view or manage it. How data is exported and handed over is written into the contract.
