Two ERPs, one dataset
The sales ERP runs the front of the business.
The production ERP runs the shop floor and supply.
Both are built on Odoo 19 Community Edition. We select modules, change processes and add features to suit your business, and the two ERPs share data directly.
Sales ERP
Customers, quotes and orders
CRM leads and opportunities, quotations, sales orders, contracts and project timesheets, followed through on one line.
Sales ERP
Brand website and online store
B2C and B2B ordering, live chat, behavior analytics and personalized recommendations, and Stripe payments, with the website and inventory in sync in real time.
Sales ERP
Retail stores and members
POS checkout, member points and discounts, with the same products and inventory online and in store.
Sales ERP
Inventory, purchasing and dropshipping
Multi-warehouse stock, receipts and deliveries, replenishment purchasing and dropshipping, with orders from channels such as Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce and eBay.
Sales ERP
Invoicing, accounting and revenue share
Invoicing, payment collection and reconciliation. Australian tax invoices carry ABN and BSB payment details, partner revenue share is settled automatically each month, and multiple currencies are converted at the ERP exchange rate.
Production ERP
BOM, manufacturing and work orders
Multi-variant bills of materials, manufacturing orders and a shop-floor work-order board, with production plans generated from orders and inventory.

AI and APIs
Let the agents do the work
Sales, inventory, purchasing, finance, CRM and production all have open APIs. Genesis generates product content, Autopilot syncs orders and Nexus feeds market data back, with results written to the ERP.
